• Parents or guardians manage accounts for learners under 18.
• Users agree to provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly.
• Lessons can be booked, rescheduled, or canceled up to 12 hours in advance.
• Trial lessons are 20 minutes long and intended for introductions.
• Tutors and students must join sessions on time — repeated no-shows may result in account review.

Fair & Transparent Transactions

• Lesson credits are automatically added to your Wallet and deducted only when a lesson is confirmed.
• If a lesson is canceled within the allowed time, credits are refunded automatically.
• Transaction history and receipts are available at any time inside your dashboard.
• You can download or review your payment data from your account settings.
