If a student misses the lesson without canceling →

• Credits are not refunded.

Late Cancellations (Under 12 Hours)

If you cancel less than 12 hours before the lesson →

• Credits are not refundable, as the tutor reserved that time for you.

Trial Lessons

Trial lessons follow the same cancellation rules:

• Cancel 12 hours in advance → fully refunded
• Cancel late or no-show → non-refundable

Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor cancels or does not attend your lesson →

• Credits are immediately refunded, and you may book another tutor or reschedule.

Processing

Refunds to your Wallet are instant.

Payment refunds (in rare approved cases) take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Technical Issues

If a lesson cannot be completed due to a verified technical issue:

• Credits will be refunded

OR

• The lesson can be rescheduled for free

Free Cancellation (12-Hour Rule)

You may cancel any lesson at least 12 hours before it starts.

• Your credits will be fully refunded to your Wallet automatically.

Rescheduling a Lesson

You can reschedule your lesson anytime as long as it’s done at least 12 hours before the start time.

The new time will be confirmed instantly depending on tutor availability.
