Canceling a Lesson (12-Hour Rule)

Cancel your lesson at least 12 hours before the start time to receive:

• 100% of your credits are automatically refunded to your Wallet.

Late Cancellations (Under 12 Hours)

If you cancel less than 12 hours before the lesson

• Credits are not refundable, as the tutor reserved that time for you.

Tutor No-Show

If the tutor does not join the lesson:

• Credits are fully refunded
• You may rebook or choose another tutor at any time

Technical Issues

If a lesson cannot be completed due to a verified technical problem:

• Credits will be refunded

OR

• The lesson is rescheduled at no cost Arabibi always aims for fairness and transparency for both learners and tutors.

Top-ups are added instantly to your Wallet and used to book lessons.

Gift Cards

Top-ups are added instantly to your Wallet and used to book lessons.

Non-Refundable Credits

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable, unless:

• You were charged twice
• The wrong amount was charged
• A verified technical payment error occurred

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

Gift cards are:

• Non-refundable
• Instantly redeemable into Wallet credits
• Valid for all lesson types
• Do not expire
